We are excited to welcome the newest additions to Sweetwater Lane Farm, our mini donkey’s! We are asking you to help us name these little beauties. We have a young male and female who are related and were born in Northern BC last year. The names that are most liked on our Instagram or Facebook channels will not only win a stay at Sweetwater Lane farm B&B but they will also have the pride of naming a couple of donkey’s that will be with us for the next 40 years!
How to enter: In the comment section on either our Facebook or Instagram feed post your favourite boy and girl donkey name and tag who you would invite to stay with you at Sweetwater Lane Farm. Deadline for entry is April 21st, 2017.
Who wins: The entry with the most likes on either channel will win the prize. The winner will be contacted through the social channel they enter on.
Prize: 2 night stay for 2 guests or 1 night for a group of 6 at Sweetwater Lane Farm B&B including breakfast. Approximate value $300 (not redeemable for cash and pending vacancy). Prize is valid until Dec 31st, 2017. The winner will be responsible for all transport costs to and from the B&B and any other costs related to their stay.
What you need to know: We will have these donkey’s for around 40 years so we reserve the right to disqualify entries that are nonsense names like Donkey Mc Donkface, although we encourage cheeky humour. They are loyal pets and fierce territory protectors. They will be great pack animals on alpine hikes and may even take the kids for a ride one day. Other than that, your imagination is the limit!
